Professional Consulting
We all do better with someone in our corner. Someone encouraging us, reminding us of the goals we want to pass, and lending their knowledge and expertise to us. To set aside a time to get support, consider consultation.
The intention is to answer all your current questions while we co-create strategies for your goals. If there’s something I don’t know, I’ll work to find the answer for you. We will collaborate on how often we meet and support is available between meetings while we work together. You will also leave with resources for the future.

tl:dr
Support and encouragement through challenges and success is priceless. Without it, our path is a bit more, let’s say, lively. Work and life led to the natural evolution of becoming a small business founder as a way to pay this concept forward.
»»My work with small businesses began in 2003, weaving through my adult life. I noticed that in spaces where folks do not feel represented, respected, or followed up with appropriately takes a toll on everyone; just like the supremacy culture many of us are indoctrinated into. Let’s face it, this kind of culture is agitating for all of us and even worse for the global majority.
How could anyone deny that there are options for long-term, successful outcomes? Initially, I thought working in advocacy or behind-the-scenes support for healthcare and social service was where I would work on these outcomes. However, my appreciation of the therapeutic process arrived after an experience with EMDR. This experience allowed me to shift my perspective and future in ways I didn’t have access to before. The willingness to say the quiet part of oppression out loud, specializing in success during pain, learning from mistakes, along with a post-traumatic growth (PTG) perspective - could sustain what I wanted to contribute to.A space where secure, inclusive cultures are the norm, not exploitation and fear. I am no savior and cannot do it all. The intention is to remain small as an antidote to “progress is bigger/more”. I think of myself as part of a constellation of like-minded colleagues who are tending to trees they will never sit under.
Personally, those closest to me know I live a contemplative, simple life while cherishing moments with my chosen family and friends; near and far. Originally from the stolen lands of the Choctaw Nation (Mississippi), I am a disabled Army veteran, white-bodied, and NDNB. Dancing, meditation, reality shows, volunteering, and reminding you of your agency are some of my interests.
