We all do better with someone in our corner, especially someone with similar experiences. Someone encouraging us, reminding us of the goals we want to pass, and lending their knowledge and expertise to us. To set aside a time to get support, consider consultation. Professional consultation is not supervision or psychotherapy and is not intended to be a replacement for them.
The intention is to answer all your current questions while we co-create strategies for your goals. I have lived and professional experience that I can draw from so you can learn from my lessons and to normalize the human experience. Those who have the most success when working with me enjoy my unique perspective, ability to turn concepts on their heads, and genuine desire to get to know them.
If there’s something I don’t know, I’ll work to find the answer for you. We will collaborate on how often we meet and support is available between group meetings while we work together. You will always leave with resources for the future.

clinical supervision
If you are looking for clinical supervision from someone who understands
our cultural context is a priority
toxic positivity and its impact on relationships
what actionable and practical feedback is
learning involves getting to know how our brain works
and how invaluable genuine support can be while blending life and work experiences - you’ve come to the right place
Why not work with someone who gets it? Everyone in our collective has lived and clinical experience with topics such as disability, implicit bias, the craft, C-PTSD, gender-based violence, but most of all, post-traumatic growth. You can do more than simply survive, personally and professionally, and so can the folx you work with.
Clinical Supervision Focus
• Practice setting
• Recordkeeping
Ancestral methods to shape outcomes
• Financial management
• Ethics of clinical practice
• Implicit bias, decentering whiteness
We can flourish with the right fit in supervision. As you work towards becoming fully licensed, it is important to get supervision from someone who challenges you and who you feel you can connect with. Confidential, clinical supervision for social workers is something we are excited to offer to colleagues. Online appointments are available to decrease carbon footprint, ensure gender affirming facilities, and increase accessibility. It is our intention to help lower systemic barriers to licensure, especially for folx who have survived abuse, belong to the global majority, or historically oppressed communities. We can take our time building trust.
Let’s answer your current questions while we co-create strategies for your future practice goals. We will collaborate on how often we meet and support is available between meetings. You will also leave with resources and a plan for the future. Individual and group settings available.
