If you are looking for clinical supervision from someone who understands our cultural context is a priority, that we are not bound by our past, and how invaluable having support while blending life and work experiences is - meet Clinical Supervisor, ed denison, MA, MSW, LICSW.

Why not work with someone who gets it? They have lived and clinical experience with topics such as disability, foster care, implicit bias, gender-based violence, but most of all, post-traumatic growth.

We can flourish with the right fit in supervision. As you work towards becoming fully licensed, it is important to get supervision from someone who challenges you and who you feel you can connect with. Confidential, clinical supervision for social workers is something I am excited to offer to colleagues. It is my intention to help lower systemic barriers to licensure, especially for folx belonging to the global majority or historically oppressed communities because your experience is gold. We can take our time building trust. Online appointments are available to decrease carbon footprint, ensure gender affirming facilities, and increase accessibility.

Working with folx who are learning to integrate their personal/lived experience with their professional lives is something I enjoy and is a way I give back. I also enjoy working with those earning licensure hours or those building a solo private practice

Let’s answer your current questions while we co-create strategies for your future practice goals. We will collaborate on how often we meet and support is available between meetings. You will also leave with resources and a plan for the future. Individual and group settings available.
