We can flourish with the right fit in supervision. I enjoy working with those getting supervision hours while at an organization and introverts who thrive in a solo setting.
As you work towards becoming fully licensed, it is important to get supervision from someone who challenges you and who you feel you gel with. It is also helpful if they are currently seeing clients and supervisees on a regular basis. Confidential, clinical supervision for social workers is something I am excited to offer to colleagues. Online appointments are available to decrease carbon footprint and increase accessibility.
Let’s answer your current questions while we co-create strategies for your future practice goals. We will collaborate on how often we meet and support is available between meetings. You will also leave with resources and a plan for the future. Individual and group settings available.
